Consistent quality management is derived from our corporate mission statement and is the basis of our success. Our claim is the highest quality and adherence to deadlines. This is reflected, for example, in our delivery guarantee on postal addresses, the careful selection of partners, the dual control principle for all relevant processes and the use of modern systems. Implementation requires commitment, expertise and personal responsibility from all employees. 

We ensure that the company's quality policy is understood, observed and realised at all levels. That is why we are also ISO 9001:2015 certified. This certification ensures effective quality assurance and sustainable and efficient quality management. 

Our aim is to be the quality leader in terms of our products and services. This also includes a holistic understanding of direct marketing in order to support our customers in all areas. Our practised quality policy underpins the trust of our customers and market partners in our services. 
 

We manage both customer and address data on a fiduciary basis and with absolute confidentiality. Data is accessed and transferred in accordance with the highest security standards, which are regularly audited by external bodies. 

The management ensures that data protection complies with the requirements of:

• DATA PROTECTION ACT (DSG)
• DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (VDSG) 

is complied with. We only fulfil special customer requirements within the scope of our guidelines. 

Our employees are specially trained and required to comply with the data protection guidelines under all circumstances. The work instructions on data protection and quality are part of every employment contract. 

The access authorisations of departments and employees are regulated in our security regulations. As a general rule, employees only have access to data that they need to fulfil their tasks. 

Thanks to our continuous improvement process (CIP), we ensure that any identified deviations are reported to our data protection officer. 

Compliance with the data protection policy is a top priority for us. That is why we are also GoodPriv@cy certified. This certification is a guarantee mark for effective data security and the responsible handling of data. 

 

As a production company, we use resources responsibly and utilise energy, water and materials sparingly and in an environmentally friendly manner. We take care to continuously improve the sustainable use of resources in our company. 

Our FSC® certification confirms that we fulfil the FSC® standards in relation to the chain of custody (COC). This SQS certificate authorises us to process FSC products that are subject to full monitoring and come from forests that are managed in accordance with the principles and criteria of the FSC®. 

 Our customers can offset the emissions of their print job. This makes the order climate-neutral. We have chosen to work with myclimate, the renowned and best-known Swiss charitable foundation with a pioneering role in climate protection. myclimate develops carbon offset projects itself and is recognised worldwide as one of the leading carbon offset providers in the field of quality. Its carbon offset projects fulfil the strictest quality requirements (CDM, Gold Standard).
